A Contemporary Journey into the World of Wine

From April 6 to 9, 2025, Planeta will take center stage at Vinitaly 2025, the international wine event held in Verona. Join us at Sicilia Pavilion, Stand B16 (Corridor B – Stand 16) to share our vision of wine as a continuously evolving story.

Planeta’s Vision at Vinitaly 2025

We will introduce a new concept of contemporary wine, one that deeply embodies our vision: wine as a living narrative, weaving together past, present, and future in a story that continuously rewrites itself, adapting, transforming, and remaining ever relevant

Alessio Planeta, CEO and technical director of Planeta, emphasizes: “Wine has always been a symbol of conviviality, bringing people together and enriching human relationships. In an era where its value risks being misunderstood, it is essential to remember that wine is not just a product, but a cultural and social experience that has accompanied humanity for millennia.”

Planeta will celebrate this philosophy with a series of events and initiatives aimed at showcasing wine as a key element of contemporary culture.

What’s New at Vinitaly 2025

From Etna: Debuting is the new Eruzione Carricante 2018 – 2023 ‘Silver’ Edition, aged for five years in stainless steel. Additionally, the Etna Rosso 2023 has obtained organic certification, proudly reinforcing its bond with the Feudo di Mezzo district.

From Menfi: Planeta presents the Didacus Chardonnay 2022, its first certified organic vintage, and the Didacus Cabernet Franc 2020, an elegant and profound red.
